Sign in to Cloud Markup support
Understand the difference between your app account and your support account.
Use the correct sign-in page
The application and this support portal currently use separate accounts. Your application password does not automatically sign you into support. Open support.cloudmarkup.com and choose Sign in to use the support credentials provided for your account. The same support account can sign into either brand's portal, but customer dashboards show that brand's own requests. Signing into another hostname does not give you access to another customer's tickets.
Access your dashboard
- Enter your support email or username and support password.
- Open Overview for request counts and recent activity.
- Choose My tickets to read a conversation or add a reply.
- Use New request for a separate issue.
If you followed a ticket link while signed out, sign in with the account that owns that request. A ticket number alone does not authorize access.
If you need a password or account
Use the reset or account-creation option when account emails are available. If the portal says emails are being configured, contact your existing Bluegrass Cloud representative for account setup. Repeated reset submissions will not repair an unavailable mail connection.
Keep access personal
Do not share support passwords or private password-setup links. Include only the account email and visible error when asking for sign-in help. Application organization invitations and support account invitations are different workflows.
Include this guide and what you tried in your ticket so we can pick up from there.
