Get help with plans, billing, or workspace access

Collect the right account details for a person to review your request.

Check the workspace first

Confirm the signed-in email, selected organization, and role. A user can have different access in different organizations. A missing feature may relate to a role, workspace limit, or deployment availability rather than a broken button. Ask an owner or administrator to review membership when the account is in the correct organization but lacks an expected action.

For a plan or billing question

  1. Record the plan and usage information currently displayed in the application.
  2. Identify the feature, limit, or transaction you are asking about.
  3. Include the date and invoice or receipt reference, if one exists.
  4. Explain the expected result and the difference you observed.

Use the current application's subscription details for pricing and entitlements. Beta or test payment screens should not be assumed to represent a settled live charge; identify the environment when asking about a receipt.

Protect account information

Do not provide card numbers, bank details, passwords, recovery codes, or authentication tokens. Support may need an appropriate account-verification process before changing access or discussing protected billing information.

What happens next

Billing, membership, and permission requests are routed for employee review. Automated article assistance cannot grant a role, change a subscription, or promise a refund. Keep follow-up details on the same support ticket so the review has a single history.
