Invite a teammate and choose their organization role

Create a private invitation link and assign only the access a teammate needs.

Choose an appropriate role

Open the organization membership area with an account allowed to manage invitations. Editors can create and edit projects. Viewers can review projects. Administrators manage workspace access; the invitation composer restricts that role choice to an owner. Organization membership is separate from support portal access. Adding a Cloud Markup teammate does not give them access to another person's support tickets.

Create and share the invitation

  1. Choose Invite a member.
  2. Select New member role and review the intended access.
  3. Choose Create invitation link.
  4. Share the resulting private, one-use link directly with the intended person through your organization's approved channel.

Do not assume the application automatically emailed the invitation. The link is the item you need to share. Treat it as private access information and do not paste it into a public ticket or screenshot.

If invitation creation is interrupted

Use Retry same invitation when offered. A refreshed sign-in must still belong to the same account and organization context. Check current member capacity if the action is blocked; the organization owner counts toward membership limits.

Resolve an access mismatch

Ask the teammate to confirm which account and organization they used. Review their actual membership role before issuing another invitation. Send support the organization, intended role, and exact error, but leave the invitation token out of the request.
